How to request deletion of your account and associated data
- In the Shake It app: open the « User settings » page and tap « Supprimer le compte » (Delete account).
- Or contact us by email at support_shake_it@sparkixe.com with the email address of your account and proof of account ownership (e.g. screenshot of your profile or account page). We will process your request within the timeframes set out below.
Data deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is removed: account data (email, display name, profile picture), personal recipes, « My Bar » content, favourites, cart, and preferences (language, theme, measurement system, home page). Technical data (logs) is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retained
We do not keep any personal data after deletion, except where required by law (e.g. billing, disputes) for a limited period.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe (within 30 days). Data is permanently erased within the necessary technical timeframes.
